This track focuses on modeling, embodying, and embracing the core values of honesty, trustworthiness, and respect- while also fostering and encouraging positive ethics in those you lead. Modeling ethical leadership is essential to building strong, sustainable organisations and fostering positive relationships with stakeholders. It sets the foundation for ethical behavior throughout an organisation, ensuring long-term success and responsible business practices. Who is this for? • Mid-career Professionals: members with established careers who need to handle ethical problems and dilemmas, and discover ways to make ethics an ongoing part of their work culture. • Senior Professionals: leaders and decision-makers who need to guide others on ethical issues and shape organisational policies. Pre-requisites: it is expected that members have an understanding of ethical values and principles in the ACS Code of Professional Ethics before commencing this track.
